This material is thin, cheap, and shiny like something you'd expect off Wish, not something you would get from Torrid. I can't think of a better word for it than "cheap." Please, Torrid, don't make this mistake twice. Love the shape ,cut of this dress so giving it 3 stars. The top of this dress is super cute but I found the bottom VERY bulky and unflattering.

So I was excited to order this based on the reviews but it is a really odd dress. I was looking for a very classic black dress to wear to work. The waist is above my natural waist, but isn't an empire (sort of in the middle?).
The waste hit me in a odd spot and the bust was way too big. Maybe I could have used a size down. Unfortunately it just didn't work for me but might suit a different body type. Ordered online- when I received it to try on, product was SUPER wrinkled, which makes it difficult to tell how the item will lay. Torso was long, which I liked, but I would have preferred the skirt to be a touch longer, and the neck closure/ buttons easier to do up. If my husband wasn't home there was no way I could wear it.
